11 Arvei Nahal St.

Location: Project on 11 Arvei Nahal St., Givatayim, as part of Urban Renewal (Evacuation & Building).

Project description: A 24-floor tower was built, including 146 housing units and 4 basement parking lots.

The building was built to a high standard with an elegant lobby, a gym and a tenants’ room. In addition, the building includes full environmental development and a large public area and a garden, all as part of a new neighborhood that is part of the New City of Givatayim.

All the parking spaces in the project are located underground, so that above the surface, there are open spaces only.
