The company has built commercial buildings that are leased for offices, industry and workshops across the country, including the cities of Beer Sheva, Nesher, Haifa, Petah Tikva, Kadima, etc.

An example of a commercial complex initiated and established by the company: “Ophir Park” in Beer Sheva, which also includes a gas station, a complex built on a 15 dunam plot with a built up area of ​​12,000 sq m divided into 104 units used for workshops, commerce and offices. The company built the project in 1998 and to this day, owns the majority of the project and serves as the building maintenance company.

An example of a construction project as part of Urban Renewal is a project in Givatayim, in which two towers have been built so far, while the third tower in currently under construction. The first tower is composed of 19 floors with 96 housing units, and the second tower – 24 floors with 146 housing units. Both towers are fully populated to the tenants’ satisfaction.

The company continues to grow and expand:

Currently, the company is establishing a 2,500 sq. m. commercial building in Neot Hovav (near Beer Sheva), designated to be rented for small and medium sized factories and businesses, including customer-tailored construction.

In the field of Urban Renewal, the company is currently building a 144-unit tower in Givatayim and will soon begin an urban renewal project in Petah Tikva, near the “Em HaMoshavot” neighborhood, as part of which 210 apartments will be demolished and 750 new housing units will be built in five towers, 150 housing units each, in addition to underground parking and large public area, all as part a new, closed green neighborhood.
